What happens if the internet goes down?
The till keeps selling. Sales are saved on the till and sent to the back office when the connection returns. Card payments need your EFTPOS terminal to be online.
Can staff see how much cash should be in the drawer?
Not if you use blind close. Staff count the drawer without seeing the expected total, and the variance shows on the Z report.
Can I change prices from my phone?
Yes. The Scanner app lets you change a price and print a new shelf label while you stand at the shelf.
Can I limit what each staff member can do?
Yes. Use the built-in roles or make your own, and require a manager PIN for voids, refunds and price overrides.
